Incentive for recruitment:
Members who recruit two (2) or more members will recieve the Recruiting Ribbon:
Members who continue to boost the 112th's numbers will be considered for early promotion.
What side are you on?:
SGC or "Good" side
Which races will you let into the guild?:
the 112th is a Human only command
What kind of command structure is there? Will people be on probation, will there be possibilities for advancement?:
The command is based off of the Air Force command structure, the only "probation" is a basic training period. The will be serveral oppertunities for advancement.
What will your guild focus on? Fighting? Exploring? building?:
A combination of Flighting and building but also RP and Player Events
What will the people side of your guild be like? How big? What kind of community feel are you after? Do you want hardcore players, casual players or a mixture of both?:
We hope to maintain a small command that is also large enough to have enough help around from fellow command members. At the moment our command allows for 29 members, but can very easily double in size depending on how many players take interest. We are looking for a mix of the "hardcore" gamers and casual players.
What makes your guild different from the others?:
We hope to concentrate largely on Player Events, and hope that every one will get the chance to meet all of the guild members - IE - No "mystery" members - every one should know everyone.
Why should people join your guild instead of another one?:
See Above
Here is a run down on how I (Ump_455) view the flights - take these into consideration when applying for a flight:
Off World Flight 1 and 2:
These flights are for the every day, adverage gamer. A lot wont be expected of the members of the flight, execpt for the NCOs and the Commanders. This is the "casual" gamers unit, and will opperate as such. Grouping with your flight mates for runs will be encuraged, but not expected. It's a "off on your own" kind of flight - if your a member of the command assistance will be given by fellow members but this is really just a I'm here to experience the game, and want to belong to a command unit. Simple RP will be expected out of these players (For example they will still have to follow the Customs and Courtises laid out in the 112th Rules - but beyond that not much RP will be expected uless other wise instructed during a command event/meeting). Time "devoted" to the command will be minimal - only attending required Command Meetings, etc. PvP and PvE are encouraged for this flight.
Security Flight:
Is for the more "hard core" gamer. Members of the Security flight will be expected to work together, and maintain the welfare of the other members of the command. When 2 or more members of the Security Flight are online they will be expected to work together to accomplish what ever task is a head of them. RP is a must for these members, and will need to maintain RP even when not in "earshot" of a commanding officer. They will need to work together especially during Command Meetings, and are expected to do off line work as well - IE form security plans for command meetings, prepare security related information to the command, etc. Time devoted to the command will vary depending on events, or outside needs - but could be expected to be a heavier load. A concentration in PvP is encouraged from this flight.
Training Flight:
Is a mix of the "hard core" and the casual player. The Training Flight is responcible for training all new members and getting them out of Basic Training. Therefore at least one training flight member should be available for use in game. The training flight is also the recruiting flight, and as such will be expected to preform in and out of game recruitment. RP will be expected more from this flight then from the Off World Flights, but are about the same. IE - Customs and Courtises will be expected to be followed, and RP is a MUST during recruiting events but RP really wont needed to be taken beyond that. Time devoted to the command would vary - Airman and Airman First Class wont be expected to preform many tasks other then recruitment. NCOs and above will be expected to maintain more time to the command for training and recruitment. People who like PvE are encouraged to join this flight.
IG Staff:
This staff can consist of casual and hard core players. The Inspector General staff is responcible for taking complaints against other command members, investigating the claims, and taking the proper disaplinary action. This staff is also in charge of taking comments and suggestions for improving the command or anything else the members wish to share. These members will be entrusted with "Top Secret" information, and as such will have a "testing" period to see if the member is ready for the position. Time devoted to the command would varry - depending on the members and if there are any complaints or comments comming in. People who like PvE are encouraged to join the flight, however a mix of PvP and PvE is welcomed.
